CoachSphere provides personal coaching content, consulting services, info products, and accepts voluntary donations. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
2. Consulting Services
2.1 Booking: To schedule a session, please provide the required details and pay the applicable fee in advance.
2.2 Cancellations and Transfers: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the start time for a full refund or credit toward a future session. To request a transfer, please contact us via the provided link.
2.3 Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start are not eligible for refund due to reserved time slots. Eligible refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
3. Info Products
3.1 Access: Digital items include e-books, guides, and online courses. Access is granted upon confirmation of purchase.
3.2 Refunds: Requests submitted within 14 days from purchase are eligible if content has not been downloaded or accessed. Once content is downloaded or access is granted, purchases are final. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
4. Physical Goods
4.1 Delivery: Items are shipped to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
4.2 Returns: Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the error is on our part. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
5. Donations
Donations to CoachSphere are voluntary contributions that support our content and community initiatives. All donations are final and non-refundable.
